MSOE Alumni Affairs

Welcome home!

Even though you’re no longer on campus every day, you’re an important part of MSOE. You extend our reach into the wider world. We want to know where you are and what you’re doing, plus, we have great news to share with you.

Thomas Krumenecher

Alumni Association President

Thomas and his wife Karen have four children: Chloe, Owen, Brody and Emmett. They spend lots of time enjoying many outdoor activities, including swimming, water skiing, any sports, camping, hunting, fishing and snowmobiling. The kids enjoy the responsibility of raising chickens and turkeys. Their dog Bentley rounds out the family.

“I was very lucky to go through my MSOE education with a great friend, Bruce Moore. I remember and smile when I think about our very typical routine of sitting down at a computer after school and working on our lab reports until all the work was done, typically around midnight. Only then could we enjoy the reward of a drink, or two.

“It’s an honor to be elected as MSOE’s Alumni Association president,” Krumenacher said. “I enjoyed my time as a student at MSOE, as well as being a member (and the Wisconsin area director) of the alumni association, I’m looking forward to being involved over the next two years with all of the alumni chapters as president.”
