Job Description:
Spring Quarter position that is open requires ability to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 4 or 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. with additional hours during the week. Telephone reception and appointment making skills utilized for the Counseling Services and Health Services offices. Microsoft Office Outlook and Microsoft Office Word, Publisher and Excel knowledge needed for creation of emails and documents. Emphasis is on people friendly skills and ability to make clients and visitors to the Counseling Center comfortable and assist the counselors in their projects. Provide requested assistance to Servant Leadership office. Ability to lift 25 pounds is required. Hanging of posters and flyers around campus as directed.
