What are MSOE's requirements for acceptance?
We review your cumulative college GPA when making acceptance decisions. Below are GPA requirements for each field:

Do you offer any scholarships?
Yes. Part of your financial aid package may include academic scholarships ranging from $6,000 to $10,000 per year based on cumulative GPA. For more scholarship information, visit the scholarship page.
Is there any financial aid available?
Yes. Financial aid is available by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Scholarships, grants, loans and work-study are all forms of financial aid you may receive. For more information, visit our Cost and Financial Aid page.
Do I have to send a transcript from all colleges I attended or just the last college attended?
Students are required to send official transcripts from all colleges attended. Transcripts must be received before your application can be considered complete. Students with less than 24 college credits will also need to submit their official high school transcripts. Transcripts can be submitted electronically or mailed by your previous colleges/universities to:

How do I know which classes will transfer?
For a preliminary view of which classes will transfer visit our online transfer manual. After your acceptance to MSOE, official credit evaluations will be determined by the program director in your major and will be mailed to you. This process can take up to four weeks.
What are the other requirements to be accepted to nursing clinicals or any other program?
When you are accepted to MSOE, you are also directly accepted into your academic program. No further application is required, and there are no wait lists.
Do I have to live on campus?
Transfer students are not required to live on campus. If you would like to live on campus, visit our housing department. You can also check our off-campus apartment guide.
Is parking available?
We have student parking around the campus area. Visit the Public Safety website for parking details.
What is the technology package?
MSOE requires all full-time undergraduate students to participate in our notebook computer program. We provide you with a laptop and many benefits like state-of-the-art software, compatibility, support, insurance and more! How do I know which classes to take when I begin at MSOE? Once you have submitted your non-refundable $175 enrollment deposit, your academic advisor will compile your first-quarter schedule and send it to you. Registration for the Fall Quarter begins in June.
