Regional Science Bowl

U.S. Department of Energy

Next competition: Saturday, January 26, 2013

The Science Bowl is a double elimination tournament-style academic competition that challenges and recognizes a student's knowledge of science and mathematics. MSOE invites your school to participate in this exciting event, sponsored by MSOE and the U.S. Department of Energy.

Regional science bowls will be held across the country, with the first place team winning an all expense paid trip to the National Science Bowl finals, held in Washington, D.C. each spring.

Space is limited; teams will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis. Enrollment is limited to Wisconsin teams only, and the slots fill quickly. Teams consist of six people from one high school: five students (one of whom is an alternate) in ninth - 12th grade, and a coach (usually a mathematics or science teacher).

Register online through the National Science Bowl.

You will receive comfirmation of your registration as well as further details about the event following a complete registration.
