Everybody's always looking for ways to make things easier ... well, here's your chance to make things complicated!

Poke fun at technology by making a simple task as complicated as you can - in fact that's the challenge. It's a great way to understand physics and engineering while having a laugh.

Rube Goldberg (rōōb' gōldˊ berg) n. a comically involved, complicated invention, laboriously contrived to perform a simple operation. - Webster's New World Dictionary.

Rube Goldberg Competition The event is named after the Pulitzer-winning cartoonist and engineer who became famous for his cartoons of overly complicated machines designed to accomplish something simple.

Last year's challenge
Take a whole orange, juice it, and pour the juice from a pitcher into a cup in 10 steps or more.
