Session I: July 13-18, 2008
Do you enjoy writing? Do you have a gift for explaining
things to people?
Perhaps you should explore a career that puts your gift
for communication to use in the technology world. Technical Communication is one
of the hottest, growing careers today - and our summer camp will help you
decide if it's right for you.
In this program, you will team with other high school
students who share this same interest to develop electronic and interpersonal
media. You will help run the project from beginning to end by:
- Interacting with working professionals to utilize industry standard hardware and software
- Designing the project's specifications
- Negotiating the content
- Testing the product
- Publishing a Web site for your target audience
In the evening, fun activities are planned such as bowling, picnics and more!
