What do you like about the University Scholars Program (USP)?
The USP provides me the opportunity to learn the skills needed for my career at an in-depth level while allowing me to learn and work with a like-minded group of students.
Why did you choose MSOE?
I chose MSOE because my collegiate experience is my opportunity to learn the skills and knowledge required for me to train for a successful career. I choose the university that would provide the absolute highest return on my investment. After extensive research it was clear that MOSE would give me the highest degree of immersion into the program, with highly qualified instructors and hands-on resources, allowing me to optimize my growth both as a student and a business professional.
What do you like about your major?
I love mechanical engineering because of the satisfaction I get from being given a problem, and working through all of the steps and using the skills I have available to create a solution that can positively impact others.
Would you recommend incoming freshmen to joing the USP if they are elibible?
I would recommend freshmen join the USP because of the opportunity it creates to learn at a faster pace, experience more in-depth exploration, and the chance to work with like-minded and focused students.
