This is a list of print periodicals owned by the MSOE Library. The list is arranged alphabetically by title. Periodicals include magazines, journals, newspapers and newsletters. You can also find this information by searching our library catalog. This list does not include journals that we have electronic access to. Please visit the Electronic Journals A to Z list to view these titles.
For each entry, the following information is featured:
- Periodical title: The title of each periodical is given. Previous and alternative titles may also appear, with a reference to the current title.
- Call number: The location of periodical on the shelves. All periodicals (with the exception of online resources) are located on the first floor of the library. The most current journals are located on the shorter shelves near the windows; later issues are located on the tall, moving shelves. The journals are arranged in call number order. Ask a librarian if you cannot locate what you are looking for.
- Series: This refers to the status of the hard copy version of the periodical owned by the library.
Series status What this means CO: Complete Open The library is currently receiving the periodical and has all issues from the beginning of its publication to the current date. IO: Incomplete Open The periodical is currently being received but volumes are incomplete. CC: Complete Closed The library has all issues of the periodical from the beginning of its publication to its completion. IC: Incomplete Closed The library is not currently receiving the periodical. The volumes are incomplete. - Date range of periodicals owned by MSOE: This refers to the date range for the hard copy version of the periodical in the library.
