This database provides access to Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and IET journals, transactions, letters, magazines and conference proceedings published since 1988. To do the best search, just limit the radio button options to "IEEE Journals." A search on decision support systems retrieves many full-text articles. A green-page icon indicates which article is available in full text. All journal, magazine, and transactions articles published since 1998 are available. ISO/ISEE standards are also found here.

EI is the premiere engineering database which offers abstracts for articles and conference proceedings from 1969-Present.
Looking for "Decision support systems" offers 24678 citations for records. This is an official EI subject heading (descriptor), so you can limit to the EI Controlled Term in the search screen. Refining the search further with the term "health" provides 1288 records.
