EbscoHost provides this database covering many topics on computers in medicine. Search the CINAHL Headings link at the top of the page to see what is available on decision support systems.
There is also a new feature called Visual Search. Grokker provides concept categories in circles to view deeper subconcepts easily on a graphical rather than textual layer.
MEDLINE/PubMed
PubMed is available from the National Library of Medicine. To see if decision support systems is a MeSH (Medical Subject Heading), access the link to MeSH Database in the right column of the search page.
When you search PubMed for the newest information be sure to use keywords as well as the official MeSH headings. The newest citations are not yet indexed (i.e., they do not have subject headings assigned to the articles), so a search by MeSH only will not capture these articles. Try the Advanced Search-beta for the newest search interface.
