November Database of the Month

ASCE Civil Engineering Database

The ASCE Civil Engineering Database (CEDB) indexes all the information published by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), including books, conference proceedings, and articles from ASCE journals. The MSOE library provides full-text access to 10 ASCE journals in this database. The library also provides full-text access to all ASCE conference proceedings.

The following journals are available in full text:

  • Journal of Architectural Engineering
  • Journal of Composites for Construction
  • Journal of Construction and Engineering Management
  • Journal of Environmental Engineering
  • Journal of Management in Engineering
  • Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering
  • Journal of Performance of Constructed Facilities
  • Journal of Professional Issues in Engineering Education and Practice
  • Journal of Structural Engineering
  • Journal of Water Resources Planning and Management

Some of the journals that are not available full text through the ASCE database are available in print on the first floor of the library. Search for the journal title on the Library's Catalog to check if the journal can be accessed in print.
