Job Market Improving for Class of 2011

A recent survey of employers by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) indicates an increase in hiring of new college graduates compared to last year.
The current hiring index is at 126.4, up from 86.8 last year. Scores between 100-200 indicate an increase in hiring. Scores 0-100 reflect a decrease.
This new survey confirms an earlier survey that found employers expect to hire 13.5% more new college graduates than they did last year.
