Registration is now open for the 2011 annual Career Fair. It is the only career fair held at MSOE each year targeting all majors. This is always a well-attended event and a great opportunity to connect with top-notch talent, including students, alumni and faculty. Additionally, it’s the perfect venue to gain exposure for your company.

If you are unable to attend the Career Fair, please consider attending one of our on-campus recruiting events.

New this year! Companies can attend the fair as a Premier Employer Sponsor, which includes a prime booth location for maximum visibility. Sponsorship of the MSOE Annual Career Fair is an excellent opportunity for your company to gain visibility as a leader in the field. Advantages of Premier Employer Sponsorship include:

• Prime booth location
• Larger booth space
• Additional table
• Up to four representatives included (standard package is two representatives)
• Logo in the Career Fair booklet
• Special gift and recognition

Please consider attending as a Premier Employer Sponsor. The fee is $1,000. Space is limited and given on a first come first serve basis.

For companies not registering as a Premier Employer Sponsor, a $200 registration fee is required. The fee covers the following:

• The cost for two representatives
• Two parking passes
• One six-foot table (a second table can be added for an additional $15 fee)
• Continental breakfast and buffet lunch
• Assistance in setting up and taking down displays

A $25 fee will be charged for each additional representative attending the fair. Please note: $50 of the registration fee is non-refundable for companies that register before the Sept. 9 deadline date and then cancel on or after Sept. 9. The entire $200 registration fee is non-refundable for companies that register after the Sept. 9 deadline and then cancel.

Logistics
Participants can set up as early as 7 a.m. on Friday. We will provide assistance at this time to help you move in and set up. Lunch will be provided to participants between 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. and will be served in the dining area close to the Career Fair floor to facilitate continuous operations. The fair will close promptly at 2:30 p.m. Off-street parking will be provided.

Companies will have a display table rather than a draped booth. If you have banners or pictures, they will need to be displayed at the table in your area. Backdrops will not be provided. If you need electrical power to your area, please indicate these requests on the registration form. Please provide your own power cords and/or power strip.

Career Fair Booklet
We will be publishing a booklet for use by attendees. Your company’s page in the book will include:

• The academic major categories of interest to your company
• A short profile of your company
• The names and titles of the representatives who will be at the fair

We will not post job opportunities in this publication.

Employer registration
The deadline date to register is Friday, Sept. 9, 2011. We encourage you to register online. Previous events have been filled to capacity, so please register early. If space permits, we will try to accept registrations after the deadline date. Please note, however, that companies registering after Sept. 9 will not have their information printed in the Career Fair booklet. No inserts will be printed.

Fee payment
Please note that all fees must be paid by Friday, Sept. 30, 2011. Our payment form is separate from the registration form - go to the Career Fair payment page to pay your fee by credit card.

If you are shipping your materials to MSOE prior to the event, please ship them to:

Please clearly mark materials “MSOE CAREER FAIR”.

If you require your booth materials to be shipped out at the end of the day, please contact your delivery service and complete appropriate paperwork prior to the day of the event.

The location for carrier pick-up will be in the same room as the Career Fair is being held, MSOE, 1025 N. Broadway, Ste. 130, Milwaukee, WI 53202.
