MSOE's Career fair is the only career fair held at MSOE each year targeting all majors. This is always a well-attended event and a great opportunity to connect with top-notch talent, including students, alumni and faculty. Additionally, it’s the perfect venue to gain exposure for your company.

Maximize your exposure! Companies can attend the fair as a Premier Employer Sponsor, which includes a prime booth location for maximum visibility. Sponsorship of the MSOE Annual Career Fair is an excellent opportunity for your company to gain visibility as a leader in the field. Advantages of Premier Employer Sponsorship include:
- Prime booth location
- Larger booth space
- Additional table
- Up to four representatives included (standard package is two representatives)
- Logo in the Career Fair booklet
- Special gift and recognition
- Up to four parking passes
For companies not registering as a Premier Employer Sponsor, a $250 registration fee is required. The fee covers the following:
- The cost for two representatives
- Two parking passes
- One six-foot table (a second table can be added for an additional $15 fee)
- Buffet lunch
- Assistance in setting up and taking down displays
Logistics
Participants can set up as early as 7 a.m. on Thursday. We will provide assistance at this time to help you move in and set up. Lunch will be provided to participants between 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. The fair will close promptly at 2:30 p.m. Off-street parking will be provided.
Companies will have a display table rather than a draped booth. If you have banners or pictures, they will need to be displayed at the table in your area. Backdrops will not be provided. If you need electrical power to your area, please indicate these requests on the registration form. Please provide your own power cords and/or power strip.
Career Fair Booklet
We will be publishing a booklet for use by attendees. Your company’s page in the book will include:
- The academic major categories of interest to your company
- A short profile of your company
- The names and titles of the representatives who will be at the fair

Fee payment
Please note that all fees must be paid by Friday, Sept. 14, 2012. Our payment form is separate from the registration form - go to the Career Fair payment page to pay your fee by credit card.

If you are shipping your materials to MSOE prior to the event, please ship them to:

If you require your booth materials to be shipped out at the end of the day, please contact your delivery service and complete appropriate paperwork prior to the day of the event.
