MSOE Academics
At MSOE, learning means doing. Our university produces graduates with the skills and attitudes that employers value. Moving beyond the acquisition to the application of knowledge is the foundation of the Milwaukee School of Engineering's philosophy. This approach focuses on creating work-ready graduates. MSOE students acquire "real world" experience by participating in opportunities offered through internal applied research projects, senior design projects, and actual problem solving projects sponsored by corporations which support the university. They also gain experience through internships, part-time employment and using equipment in the laboratories. The balance between theory, laboratory and project work provides the basis upon which successful careers are built.
