Read our new Career Placement blog! At MSOE, we’re committed to helping you launch your future. Career planning begins in your first year with mentoring opportunities from faculty, staff and alumni. We personalize our services to meet your needs, whether it’s locating internships, searching for employment, or researching graduate schools.

And our focus pays off. For 2011-12, MSOE's graduate placement rate is 94 percent, and the overall average starting salary for undergraduates is $55,368. In 2012, Payscale Inc. ranked MSOE as the top college or university in Wisconsin for highest starting salaries.

“MSOE's curriculum and Career Services have made me very happy with my investment.”

Benjamin Malchow ’10, CE

“Thank you and the rest of the Career Services Department staff for everything you have done to help me get a job! All but one of my offers came from on-campus interviews, job description emails or the Career Fair. It was certainly helpful in my job search, which would have been much more difficult without all of the resources you provided. Keep up the good work!”

Ryan Dedrickson ’11, ME
Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp.

“I want to thank everyone in the Career Services Department for their hard work. The guidance and exposure provided by your office to student and graduate jobseekers, like myself, is a great asset to an already outstanding university.”

Michael Pitel '10 EET
