Students must apply for graduation in the Registrar's Office by the following dates:
| Graduating at end of Spring 2013 term: | Friday, Dec. 14, 2012 | |
| Graduating at end of Fall 2013 term: | Friday, May 3, 2013 | |
| Graduating at end of Winter 2013/2014 term: | Friday, Sept. 27, 2013 |
Applications received past the deadline must first be granted approval by Jennifer Laur in the Registrar's Office in order for candidates to participate in the commencement ceremony.
