Immunizations available through MSOE

Fee information:

• All vaccinations will be billed to student accounts.

Hepatitis B
Fee: $65/injection (series of 3)
Please register at ext. 7590 to make an appointment.

Influenza

• $15 co-pay for all MSOE students/faculty/staff, free for those with MSOE insurance for students (UHCSR) and employees (WAICU) (must show your ID card.)
• Cost for family members who are not WAICU participants is $30
• Children 9 years and up, accompanied by a parent are welcome.
• Free with Medicare B (must show your Medicare card)

• Oct. 20, 2009, 4 - 7 p.m., Science Building (first floor), Lee Lounge
• Oct. 29, 2009, 3 - 7 p.m., MLH Residence Hall (first floor), Study Lounge

Meningitis
Fee: $101

Measles/Mumps/Rubella
Fee: $65

Tetanus
Fee: $51
Tdap includes Acellular Pertussis, highly recommended for update; for adults 19-64 years of age may receive as soon as 2 years from their last update.

You are recommended to get this vaccination through your primary medical doctor.
