Health Services is located in the Kern Center, Room K-250. Please call (414) 277-7590 to speak with Kathy Dechamps, RN Director or Renee Wenzlaff, Nurse Practitioner.

Office Hours
Monday - Friday * - 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Nurse Practitioner hours vary; call ext. 7590 for an appointment.

While you're at MSOE, Health Services provides free treatment for basic services such as:

• first aid
• routine screenings
• treatment of minor illnesses or injuries
• physician referral

Limited supplies of over-the-counter medications will be provided to the patient as appropriate at no charge.

New Student Health Forms
New students need to submit their health forms to Health Services before arriving on campus. To make sure you've completed all the steps necessary to start classes, follow the convenient Health Services Checklist.

Health Services also provides:

• MyNurseLine
  Service for MSOE students, providing healthcare advice and information 24/7.
• Health and Wellness Fair
  Annual event that brings an array of services to the campus and community. The next Health and Wellness Fair is April 17, 2008. If you are a provider who would like to apply for reserved space at the 2008 Health Fair, please complete our online Health Fair Reservation Form.
• Immunization Clinics
  Scheduled on campus at selected locations.
• Immunization Information and Facts
• Local Health Care
  Find a local hospital, pharmacy, clinic or specialist in the downtown area.

For information regarding professional practitioners and health care facilities located near the university or continuing ongoing medical treatment, contact the Health Services staff for more information and referral to the appropriate local specialist, physician or hospital. Charges for such care rendered off campus will be assumed by the patient.
