What is the Raider Plan?
The Raider Plan is a
prepaid, stored-value/debit account that is accessible via the MSOE ID
card. It is the convenient and cashless
way of paying on and off campus. Money
deposited into your Raider Plan account may be used to make cash-free purchases
at various campus locations. Your Raider
Plan allows you to buy necessities such as food, laundry services and bookstore
supplies without having to carry cash or change.
Who can open an account?
MSOE students, faculty and staff who
possess a valid MSOE identification (ID) card may participate. Members of the Kern Center
with valid IDs may also participate.
How do I open a Raider Plan account?
All accounts in the ID system are
opened with the Raider Plan active. You
can add money at one of the CSVT locations on campus (See below) or by filling out and submitting a Raider Payment form.

May I take cash out of my Raider Plan?
No, cash withdrawals are not
permitted. You may only make deposits to
your Raider Plan. Balances remaining at
the end of any quarter will carry over for use the next quarter and will
continue to be held until graduation or official withdrawal from the
university. Refunds will be made at that
time for any balances of $5 or more.
What if I lose my card?
If you
lose your ID card, call or stop at one of the offices listed below and give the
staff person your ID number and name.
The account will be deactivated.

Log into
https://msoe.managemyid.com and report your card lost on line. This will deactivate the card immediately.
If you
find your card after reporting it lost, you will need to come to one of the
above offices so that an MSOE employee can verify you are the true owner of the
card. Once verification is done, the
card with be activated again. If you
have the card, reactivation is free of charge.
The
replacement fee for a lost or stolen card is $10 and must be paid in the Office
of Student Accounts before a new card will be issued.
How do I know how much money is left on my
Raider Plan?
- The balance will show on any reader where the Raider Plan is used after the transaction
OR
- You may stop at the Campus ID Card Office or the Office of Student Accounts to inquire about your balance or transactions

- Log into https://msoe.managemyid.com.
Have you ever needed
to add money to your Raider plan when Student Accounts was
closed?
Money
can be added at the CSVT machines located around campus.
- SLCC: Across from the Bookstore
- Library: Near the main desk
- Kern Center: 1st floor between doors on the west wall
- RWJ: TV Lounge
The CSVT will take $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills.
If you don't have cash, but have an ATM card:
- Go to the ATM located in the SLCC across from the Bookstore
- Withdraw what you would like to add to the Raider Plan
- Use the CSVT next to the ATM and add your money to your Raider Plan
- You're ready to use your Raider Plan
