Raider Plan Terms and Conditions

Deposits to the Raider Plan are made by cash, check or credit card (MasterCard/VISA).  Raider Plans will be frozen for any returned checks used to establish accounts.  All checks returned as uncollectible are subject to all check collection procedures of Milwaukee School of Engineering.

The customer is responsible for monitoring the amount of each transaction, as well as for monitoring his/her plan balance.

Plan balance statements are available through the Campus ID Card Office or you can log onto https://msoe.managemyid.com.

The customer is responsible for immediately reporting a lost or stolen card in person to Public Safety, the Student Accounts Office, the Campus ID Card Office or by logging onto https://msoe.managemyid.com and deactivating their card.  Kern Members can report lost cards to the Kern Center Control Desk.

The Raider Plan is a pre-paid purchase plan.  Monies deposited to this plan may only be used at designated locations.

Returned merchandise will be accepted according to the current return policy where the goods or services are purchased.  Cash refunds will not be made.

Balances in the Raider Plan will carry over to subsequent quarters.  Refunds are given only in the case of graduation, formal withdrawal from the university or termination of Kern Center membership and the balance is $5 or more.

The cardholder agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, policies and procedures specified by the university.  Violations of such rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures may result in cancellation of a cardholder's account.  Future changes in terms and conditions regulating use of this card will apply to all cards in circulation and use at the time and will supersede the terms and conditions in effect at the time the card was acquired.
