Orientation Schedule

Women's Connections Orientation provides incoming women students with an opportunity to meet in small groups with returning women. You will get a sense of campus life before it goes into full swing. You will have the opportunity to obtain your laptop, discuss wellness and safety tips, and have Fun!

Wednesday, September 2

  • 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Move in
    • Check in at Women's Connection's table
    • Phi Delta Chi/Alpha Omega Epsilon Sororities
  • 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. Pick up laptops CC-48/CC-49
    • ID REQUIRED
  • 5 - 6 p.m. Ice Breakers
    • Hosted by the Society of Women's Engineers (SWE)
    • Kern Center-Field house
  • 6 - 7 p.m. Dinner
    • Qudoba nacho bar
    • K-125 (Kern Center)
    • Place food order for lunch
  • 7 - 9 p.m. Beading bracelets/Decorate a frame
    • Kern Center (K-125)
    • Hosted by Lambda Zeta Nu sorority (LZN) and Cathy Bauer

Thursday, September 3

  • 9:30 - 10 a.m. - Breakfast
    • Located in the APC
    • Hand out t-shirts
  • 10:30 - 11 a.m. Group picture taken
    • Located in the APC
  • 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. LUNCH Subs Your Way
  • 1:30 - 3 p.m. Healthy living workshops
    • Located in the APC
  • 6 - 9 p.m. Jazz in the Park-with the whole campus
    • Located on the Patio of the Science Building
