Women's Connections Orientation provides incoming women students with an opportunity to meet in small groups with returning women. You will get a sense of campus life before it goes into full swing. You will have the opportunity to obtain your laptop, discuss wellness and safety tips, and have Fun! Meals are provided Wednesday evening through Friday morning, September 3 to September 5. - Women's Connections Orientation participants may move into the residence halls from 10 a.m. until 3:45 p.m. Check-in at RWJ ( 1121 N. Milwaukee Street)
- 4 p.m. Laptop Orientation
- Commuter students - please park in the Milwaukee St. Lot A, at State and Milwaukee (bring your license plate number with you!)
- 5 p.m. Welcome Activities (K125 and K127)
- 6 p.m. Dinner (K125 and K127)
- 6:30 p.m. Men's Soccer Game
- 9 a.m. Breakfast (Alumni Partnership Center)
- 10 a.m. Group Photo (Kern Center)
- 10:30 a.m. Healthy Living Seminar (Alumni Partnership Center)
- 11:45 a.m. Healthy Living Seminar (Alumni Partnership Center)
- 1 p.m. Lunch
- 1:30 p.m. Yoga
- 3 p.m. Big Brother's/Big Sister's Presentation
- Break - Time to get your books and explore the campus
- 6 p.m. Dinner and entertainment at Jazz in the Park with faculty, staff, and current students - outside of Library
- 9:30 a.m. Breakfast at the Kern Center, K125 and K127
- 10 a.m. Campus Resources: Public Safety, Learning Resource Center, Student Support Services, and Library
- 11 a.m. Campus Tour/Find your classes
- 12 p.m. Discover Milwaukee Scavenger Hunt
- 1 p.m. Lunch at the Milwaukee Public Market
