MSOE has three co-ed residence halls: Johnson Hall, Loock Hall, and Regents Hall. Each hall has both single and double rooms on each floor, and residents may choose the floor style they prefer. However, Regents Hall and single rooms are typically available only for upperclassmen.

| Study floor | Quiet hours are 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. |
| Quiet floor | Quiet hours are 24 hours a day |
The following rates are in effect for the Fall 2012 term:
