Maintenance Ticket

So apparently the HUB is the way to go about maintenance tickets. Unfortunately when i go to submit the ticket it tells me that my password is wrong. I then hit the forgot password button and type in my e-mail address. To my dismay I am told that I don't exist and it tells me to call to correct this. Who do I call so I can fix that so I can insert my complaint ticket?

    Apparently you must use the password "raiders" to submit a ticket. Good thing to know since it was unaware to me

    Hi Nathan!

     

    Sorry you hit a bump in the system when you tried to submit your first ticket.  Hopefully, it has been smooth sailing since.

    I actually ran into the same issue a few months ago for some time until someone from IT kindly told me to use "raiders".

     

    While that makes perfect sense, they actually need to make people aware that that is the password they are supposed to use, in the page or maybe in the page prior to logging in.

     

    So to that end I hope someone who has the ability to make such changes sees this thread and makes that a little more clear for future tickets.
