News about the MSOE Career Fair

Visibility: Open to anyone

The Career Fair was a success! Here's a link to a news story that aired on the local Fox affiliate about the fair: http://fox6now.com/2013/10/11/students-network-with-more-than-200-employers-at-msoe-career-fair/

Also, remember to follow up with a thank-you note to those companies you were most interested in.

    Dear Ms. Burdue,

My name is Ken Clapper and I am affiliated with North American Hydraulics (NAHI) located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We are in the process of locating a candidate to fill the position of Account Manager selling our Hydraulic and gear drives in the Minnesota and Wisconsin area. I am interested in learning who I can contact at MSOE to assist me in locating possible MSOE students, past or present, who may qualify for this position.

I regret I missed the Career Fair

    Thank you for your assistance

    Ken Clapper

      Hi Ken,

We will be more than happy to assist you with finding a candidate for the opportunities you have.  Please feel free to call me directly at (414) 277-4517 or email me at spencer@msoe.edu.  We can have a discussion about the options available.  On the MSOE site you can also select the 'more' option, followed by selecting 'Career Services'.  Here you will see information for employers that might be useful to you. In any event, I am open to entertaining a conversation at your convenience. Perhaps next year you can join us at the Career Fair.  Just so you are aware, MSOE participates in the IFPE in Las Vegas each year.  We are the only university represented at the fair. Perhaps, we might cross paths there?
