New E-Commerce Product Request

 

For requesting new products for MSOE e-commerce storefronts. Please allow 5-10 business days for your new product to be created and tested in the shopping cart. Questions about product and shopping cart setup may be directed to community@msoe.edu.
  • List a name for the product, event, activity or course being offered. Keep it short because we have a 50-character limit.
  • Price per one product, ticket or registration.
  • Contact the Finance Office if you do not know what your income account line number. This is required for payments to be processed.
  • If you have a registration form you can send, please attach it below. Otherwise you can type in the information fields you would like to collect from each purchaser (name, address, email, etc.)
    Accepted file types: doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf.
  • If, yes, please describe. Note that discounts must be pre-approved by the Finance Office.
  • Certain products or events require sales tax.
  • If payment for shipping is required, tell us how fees are calculated (flat rate, by weight, etc.).
  • Helpful when you have a limited number of classroom seats or product quantity. When this number reaches zero, item will be out of stock and no further orders can be placed until inventory is re-adjusted.
  • Not all products require a photo. Digital Marketing reserves the right to edit your submitted photo or substitute a similar image.
    Accepted file types: jpg, tif, gif, png.
