MSOE Spring Commencement speakers announced

MSOE's May 27 Spring Commencement speakers will be: James I. Finley '68, recently appointed Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology in the U.S. Department of Defense; and Dr. Stefan Bartels, Rektor of the Fachhochschule Lübeck, Germany, a university with which MSOE has forged unique study-abroad agreements.
