Tune in to WMSE 91.7 FM this Friday at 9 a.m. as the Spring Membership Drive kicks off during Jonny Z's Chickenshack show. WMSE is asking for support to keep the station running for another six months. They'll have new premiums as gifts for your donations, including its new CD, Volume 5: Loud Enough to Get Your Sound, a compilation culled from national and local music recorded live in the MSE studio. In anticipation of Volume 6, more than 25 bands will perform live in the studio throughout the drive week. In addition to some of your favorite Milwaukee artists, they have scheduled regional and national touring bands like The Sights, Bob Schneider and New Black to lend their time and talent to the cause of keeping Frontier Radio alive in Milwaukee.
WMSE is an award-winning independent radio station owned and operated by Milwaukee School of Engineering.
