MSOE faculty honored with outstanding teaching awards

Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) recently honored Dr. Joseph Musto with its prestigious annual Falk Engineering Educator Award.
Musto, an associate professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department and program director of the B.S. in mechanical engineering, was presented the award, which is sponsored by The Falk Corp. Musto holds a Ph.D. and master’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor’s degree from Clarkson University, all in mechanical engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, and has been with MSOE since 1995. He lives in Shorewood, Wis.
Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) also recently honored Sally Cissna with its annual Johnson Controls Part-Time Faculty Award Inspired by Robert C. Moore.
Cissna, an adjunct assistant professor in the General Studies Department since 1997, is an alumnus of MSOE, where she earned a B.S. in architectural and building construction engineering technology in 1981. She also holds a B.A. in history from Blackburn College, Carlinville, Ill., an M.S. in speech communications from UW-Whitewater and a Master's in Divinity from Meadville/Lombard Theological School, Chicago.
Cissna also teaches at Marian College in Fond du Lac, Wis. She lives in Milwaukee.
