MSOE Logo      Nearly 2,400 students will hit the books at MSOE this fall. On Aug. 27, freshman begin moving into the residence halls. They’re looking forward to Welcome Week (Aug. 27-Sept. 5), which is an opportunity for them to settle in, make friends and get acquainted with their new university. Sophomores and upperclassmen return to campus over Labor Day weekend. Classes begin Tuesday, Sept. 6 and professors are expecting nearly 2,400 undergraduate and graduate students this year.

     There is great demand for engineers, nurses and business professionals. Young adults are capitalizing on opportunities and pursuing degrees in these lucrative industries. MSOE is doing an excellent job of preparing its graduates to enter the work force. The average five-year placement rate for MSOE graduates is 94 percent and their average starting salary is nearly $53,000.

     MSOE is an independent university with 2,400 students. MSOE offers 18 bachelor’s degrees and 10 master’s degrees in the engineering, engineering technology, building and infrastructure engineering, health-related engineering, computer, business and nursing fields.
