Welcome to MSOE:

Webcard.msoe.edu is now available for use on campus AND off campus.  New students may submit a picture for use on their MSOE IDs following the guidelines sent in the MSOE packet received earlier this summer.  Pictures must have a plain background and be submitted in portrait mode.  The Campus ID Card personnel reserve the right to reject any pictures that do not follow these guidelines.

Pictures submitted by 4pm on Friday, August 28th will be used for MSOE ID cards.

ID Cards will be available for pick up on the CC Mezzanine, in the area of Financial Services (Student Accounts & Financial Aid).

The CSVT machine across from the Bookstore is down.

If you need to add funds or check your balance you can use GETfunds.

Can I check my Raider Plan balance at any time?
At the time of each transaction or purchase, your plan balance will appear at the card reader. Plan transaction history is available through GETfunds and can be printed, if needed.

What if I lose my card?
If you lose your ID card, log onto GETfunds and mark your card lost. If you find your card, just log onto GETfunds and mark that you have found your card. The replacement fee for a lost or stolen card is $10.

Meal Plans for Spring Quarter 2015 have been added to the Housing Resident accounts.  As per policy, meals and meal dollars carry from Fall Quarter to Winter Quarter; then Winter Quarter to Spring Quarter.  So the new meal plan has these carry-overs in the balances.  Brazilian students, this also includes your meal plan.

Hope everyone has a great break week!

If you have any questions, email me at barber@msoe.edu.

During break week, I found out Chipotle was having problems accepting the Raider Plan.  I contacted our merchant handler, but the problem was within Chipotle.  The Chipotle IT personnel needed to come to the location.  I just heard they are back up and working.  Chipotle and Raider Plan are very popular with many students.  Enjoy

Managing your Campus ID Card

Wondering how to add money to your Raider Plan?   Mark your ID lost or found?   Check your transaction history?    It’s easy. All you need to do is either use a CSVT machine (there’s one outside the MSOE Bookstore, and one in the Library) or visit the Get Funds websites:

      • Sign up using ‘000’ plus your id number and @msoe.edu email.

Once you have registered, you can:

  • check transaction history
  • mark ID lost or found
  • add money to Raider Plan with a credit card
  • send an email to a relative asking them to add money to your Raider Plan

For those that have been using MMID;  Get Funds replaces MMID.
