|Biography:||Dr. David Howell serves as the Dean of Students and the Title IX Coordinator for MSOE. He is responsible for overseeing all non-education programs that are administered to students, including the following departments: Counseling, Learning Resource Center, Mentor Program, Student Activities, Servant-Leadership, TRIO, and Women’s Connections. As Chair for Servant-Leadership, he helps faculty integrate the concept of servant-leadership into a variety of courses. On the student life side, he helps integrate the philosophy throughout the social fabric and culture of the university through extracurricular programs.|
