If you are being prompted to enter an organization number, it is 1584074240. This is the same number as before.
The ideal is that you are logged into Hub and then able to click on Maintenanace and IT tickets and bypass the organization number. We are working to find out why the experience is inconsistent. Though, clearing your cache may help the situation.
I figured it out, but there are no buttons next to those headings on my page. I literally have to click on the empty space to the left of the phrase "Maintenance & IT Tickets". I have never seen buttons or icons I just happened to notice my cursor change from an arrow to the hand. Thanks anyway.
Scott Schmalz One other person has reported an issue like this. If you happen to be the in CC today, stop by CC341 to show us what you are experience. It may have something to do with your settings. Chris Burdick experienced this and we figured out the issue. Perhaps his memory is better than mine right now.
Scott, if you are using a browser that supports addons or extensions like Chrome or FireFox you may need to disable those one-by-one to find the culprit. I had a similar issue and it turned out to be the extension AdBlock Plus. Once I disabled just that one and then deleted the charms reappeared. Also since I sync my browsers between computers and operating systems this affected all of my computers. If you still are unable to resolve this by disabling one-by-one then the problem could go deeper. If you have not already, try a new browser i.e.: Safari or Opera. For me Safari was the only one that worked, however I also did not use addons or extensions. Hope this helps! Chris firstname.lastname@example.org
