I want to decorate for Halloween, but I'm on a budget. Do you have any festive fixes that won't break the bank?

I'm also going to make this recipe with my 13 year old daughter.

Cheryl Myers I am a long time fan of Goodwill and the recycling they do, but it tends to make my husband nervous. He works in pest control and says that is a way bed bugs can be introduced to a new place. Watch out for what appears to be tiny black dots in crevaces and seams, just in case. Better safe than sorry.

Check out the dollar store, they have surprisingly nice decorations that can fit even a small budget!

@Amanda Wysk  Thanks, Amanda! I did go there and found some garland bats, pumpkin garland and a Happy Halloween sign. :)
