Biography: Medhat Khalil, Ph.D. Director of Professional Education & Research Development at the Applied Technology Center, Milwaukee School of Engineering, Milwaukee, WI, USA. Medhat has constantly been working on his academic development through the years, starting from Bachelor and Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Military Technical College in Cairo, Egypt proceeding with his 1st and 2nd PH.D. on Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering and his Post-Doctoral Industrial Research Fellowship at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.
