Department: Career Services


  • Market, promote, and support Career Services events, programs, and services.
  • Volunteer at Career Fair
  • Participate in outreach activities (tables, presentations, etc.)
  • Welcome/Host employer visits and information sessions
  • Act as liaison among MSOE students, student organizations, and Career Services
  • Model professional behavior and etiquette at Career Services events and programs
  • Assist with social media and creation of content
  • Attend Career Services Advisory Council meeting
  • Participate in training (date to be determine)
  • Meet with students to develop their first resumes
  • May be required to take on responsibilities of Student Office support staff as needed


  • Sophomore student in good standing
  • Team-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interest in leadership activities
  • Desire to participate in events and provide outreach to the MSOE community
  • Available and willingness to participate in Mandatory training
