Office Assistant - Development
Brief Job Description:
Data Entry; campus errands; labeling & stuffing envelopes for mass mailings; photocopying; answering the phone, making follow-up phone calls; merging documents from Excel files, creating procedural documentation and other duties as assigned.
Ability to use Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook is needed. Knowledge of database software would be helpful, but not required. Must be pleasant and business-like on the phone since there may be contact with Regents, Corporate Board and other important donors. Confidentiality and accuracy are extremely important.
