During COVID-19, counselors continue to be available for students. Our goal is to make sure students have access to uninterrupted services during these uncertain times. Only urgent or crisis appointments are available for walk-in services. Scheduled counseling sessions are available to students via telehealth and in-person. Accommodations can be made to meet student needs with accessibility for virtual counseling sessions.
Financial aid counselors and staff are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. via phone or virtual face-to-face video calls via Microsoft Teams only. Please call or email to schedule a visit. Walk-in services are not available. If you need to submit documents, please use the drop box outside of the office or upload them online.
MSOE Health Services is prepared to serve students. However, due to COVID-19, any student with upper respiratory symptoms will be referred to one of MSOE’s community partner clinics. MSOE will continue to provide ongoing support services to meet student’s health needs. Students are encouraged to contact Health Services before going off campus for medical assistance unless it is an emergency. A nurse practitioner is available during business hours. Please call or email to schedule an appointment or ask questions.
The Human Resources Department encourages future and current employees to call or email before visiting, where possible. Also visit my.msoe.edu and consult the “Employees” tab for useful information.
The Information Technology Department is offering remote support for a majority of your technical support needs. You can initiate a request for support by calling or emailing the Help Desk. Most support issues can be solved remotely, and when remote support is deemed insufficient by the Help Desk, users will schedule a 10-minute block for limited in-person support.
Please visit the library website and the Raider Return in the library site for the latest information regarding hours and available services, including online and virtual services. The library will be open for the academic year, albeit with reduced capacity and seating to promote social distancing.
