|Biography:|| Professional work experience includes over twenty-five of years in healthcare and academics as a manager, director, vice president and administrator. Specific areas of experience include human resources, lean six sigma and medical education.
Teaching experience includes guest lecturer at Marquette University and instructor at MSOE for the past five years including courses in quality management, lean, six sigma and project management.
B.S. in Communications and minors in business management and psychology from Central College in Pella, IA and an MBA from UW-Milwaukee. Trained as a GE Change Agent and Work-out Facilitator.
Volunteer work includes serving as an Examiner for the Wisconsin Forward Award, past Board Member of the St. Joseph's Medical and Dental Clinic in Waukesha and past President of the UW-Milwaukee EMBA Alumni Association.
