The Grohmann Museum at MSOE is hosting an all-ages LEGO/K’nex building workshop on Saturday, April 8 from 12 to 4 p.m. The theme is “Metropolis: Building the City,” and attendees will imagine and construct the cities and transportation systems of tomorrow. Everyone will contribute their own ideas and creations to one very large LEGO/K’nex city that will be created on-site that day.

The workshop, led by John and Sylvia Peine, is included with regular museum admission, which is $5 for adults; $3 for students and seniors; free for children under 12. MSOE students (with ID), alumni, faculty and staff are admitted free.

The museum is located at 1000 N. Broadway, and is open to the public Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, noon to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m.
