Results from a new survey by SmartAsset show that MSOE graduates enjoy the highest average starting salary among alumni from 10 Wisconsin colleges and universities. Topping the list with $59,600, MSOE grads’ average starting salary is far ahead of the rest. SmartAsset used information from 2013 National Center for Educational Statistics, 2014 Payscale and 2013 College InSight to determine their rankings. Read more in the Capital Times.

Hard work pays off for MSOE students, who spend an average 600 hours gaining laboratory experience during their undergraduate years. Students are in demand, as evidenced by the 239 companies registered to attend the university’s annual Career Fair on Oct. 9.
