Release and Waiver of Liability of Participants

By typing my name below I am giving permission for “student” to participate in activities at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE).
I hereby RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND WAIVE ANY LIABILITY OF MSOE and its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, designees, insurers, predecessors, successors and assigns (collectively, the "MSOE Releasees"), from liability to Child, as well as Child's successors in interest (including, but not limited to, their personal representatives, assigns, heirs at law and next of kin) FROM AND FOR ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE MSOE RELEASEES AND THAT RELATES TO, ARISES OUT OF, OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO CHILD’S PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES AT MILWAUKEE SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING (MSOE).

Employees, students, alumni, campus visitors, and their guests may be photographed or videotaped in group settings on campus and at university-sponsored events. These images may appear in on- or off-campus publications, online, social media, advertising, marketing, signage and other forms of media. MSOE presumes implied photo consent for such appearances.
