The Dean of Students Office reviews Care and Concern Reports during normal business hours. Any report submitted after hours, weekends or holidays will be reviewed the next business day. All reports will be evaluated to determine the appropriate follow-up necessary to address the concern(s). In most cases, our office will reach out to the student to learn how we may be able to support them in navigating the challenges they may be experiencing and share applicable campus resources. Our staff will contact you within 3 business day to follow up and discuss your students concern. However, in an effort to maintain the students’ privacy and follow FERPA restrictions, our team may or may not be able to share information about our response with the reporting parties.
