Conference COVID-19 Protocol

WDW is approaching the conference with a spirit of flexibility and adaptability. WDW has the opportunity to host this event at MSOE with a variety of safety protocols in place in compliance with the CDC guidelines in effect at the time of the conference.  Additional measures being taken include: masking if recommended by the CDC at the time of the conference; facilitating social distancing during eating by scheduling small group breakout sessions during lunchtime (instead of a large group eating during the keynote); providing boxed lunches instead of a buffet; and, weather permitting, the ability to open overhead doors in the Diercks Hall Atrium to allow for fresh air turnover during happy hour.  If needed, we have the ability to broadcast sessions into multiple spaces to facilitate additional social distancing. The latest MSOE COVID policy is available here.

Conference Committee

The WDW conference would not be possible without the dedication of our volunteer committee members. Thank you!
