Job Description

Please include along with this application a cover letter to include any relevant work history experience.The Office Assistant will:
  • conduct routine daily/weekly tasks
  • check inventory, assist with supplies, check classroom supply levels, exchanges with rag program on campus
  • basic office administrative functions of Word documents/flyers, excel lists, creating badges/labels, sorting faculty mail, setup and cleanup events, post flyers around building, stock printers throughout, make coffee and maintain student coffee station and errands. 

 Must be comfortable and knowledgeable how to maintain social media sites, particularly Linked In for program director MSOE sites.  

 

 This position must be able to assist with events hosted by the School of Business and the Innovent Center setting up,

 

cleaning up.

 This position has a max of 10 hours per week; shifts occur during regular business hours M-F 8:00 – 5:00 p.m.
