Here is a sample floor plan to give you an idea of your space. All lofts/bunk beds must be rented through College Products. College products delivers all ordered products to campus. Order before August 1st and your items will be delivered to your room!

There are four options for residence hall pricing based on

- suite-style residence hall living (based on eligibility)
- apartment-style living (based on eligibility)
- double room occupancy (standard)
- single room occupancy (based on availability)

Residence Hall Refund
In the event of an academic termination or a decision by the student to terminate their student status, refunds of housing fees will be authorized according to the refund schedule. All residence hall refunds are determined by the actual move-out date.
Residency Requirement
Exceptions to the MSOE residency requirement may be granted to individuals on a case-by-case basis by the Dean of Residence Life. These requests must be sent to Dr. Mitchell.
What We Provide
The university provides a dresser, desk and chair, bedframe and twin XL mattress, wastebasket, bookshelf or hutch, internet connection, and a microwave-fridge combo unit. A mirror is included in the Regents and MLH.
Customizing Your Room
Some residents customize their living space with a loft/bunk bed (for MLH only), futon, or other MSOE-approved items in their living environment. Make it your own; make it feel like home.

Lofts Rental for MLH
All lofts/bunk beds for MLH must be rented through College Products. Viets Tower comes with a loftable bed. Regents and Grohmann Tower do not have loft options. College Products offer several benefits.
