In person payments can be made in the Student Accounts Office - CC301. The accepted payment methods are cash, checks (529's, cashier's and money orders.) 

Please keep in mind that MSOE is required to file Form 8300 to the IRS when a payment(s) totaling $10,000 or more is made. For more information of Form 8300, visit Form 8300. 

Online

Online payments can be made online through Transact via the following methods:

• Credit / Debit Card - Processing fees apply.
• Electronic Check (e-check) - Checking and Savings accounts routing and account number required. No processing fees applied. 
• Semester Payment Plan - MSOE offers a semester payment plan option through Transact.
• 529 Plans - A variety of 529 plans available. Not all 529 plans are available through Transact. If your 529 plan is not listed in the payment options, you will need to request a check be mailed directly to MSOE. 
• International Funds Transfer - MSOE is partnered with Transact Campus and Flywire.

Be sure to include the Student ID number and name on the payment. This will ensure the payment is applied properly to the student's account.
