In-person payments can be made in the Student Accounts Office - CC301 with cash, check (529's, cashier's check and money orders) 

Please keep in mind that MSOE is required to file Form 8300 to the IRS when a payment(s) totaling $10,000 or more is made. For more information, visit Form 8300. 

Online

Online payments can be made online through Transact using the following payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Card - Processing fees apply.
• Electronic Check (e-check) - You will need your banking routing number as well as the account number for your checking or savings account. No processing fees applied. 
• Semester Payment Plan - MSOE offers a semester payment plan option through Transact for the Fall and Spring terms.
• 529 Plans - Transact supports direct payments from many common 529 savings plans. If your 529 plan is not listed among the available options, you can coordinate with your provider to have a check sent directly to MSOE. 
• International Funds Transfer - MSOE is partnered with Transact Campus and Flywire for payment with your home currency.

Be sure to include the student ID number and student name on the payment. This will ensure the payment is applied properly to the student's account.
