The area around the MSOE campus is one of the safest areas found in Milwaukee, however, crime can occur anywhere.
For the security of the MSOE community, the MSOE Public Safety Department is on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Officers patrol campus on foot, bicycle and by car.

The Public Safety Department operates a campus shuttle service to provide safe transportation to and from all campus buildings and parking lots. The shuttle service is available to all members of the campus community.
