233 E. Juneau Ave.
Grohmann Tower is MSOE’s apartment-style housing. Grohmann Tower comprises 11 residential floors, featuring studios and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Grohmann Tower apartments are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Applications

Residence Life has partnered with Housing Cloud to simplify the application, assignment, and roommate selection process. All on-campus living facilities are moving to a unified housing application.

Housing Cloud will allow returning residents to see all available housing options, regardless of building. Returning residents will select their assignment during the application process, providing real-time access to housing confirmations.

New and returning students benefit from an AI-powered roommate finder. Each resident will have a compatibility score based on their answers to roommate and housing preferences. They will also have profiles where they can share more about themselves and their desired roommate. They can even add social media accounts to connect!
