Fall Move-In 2018: New Students

We are very excited to welcome you to the residence halls of MSOE. We want to make move-in day as smooth as possible for everyone. Simply follow the steps listed below and moving in can be as easy as 1-2-3!

Step 1: Know Your Hall, Room Number and Move-In Time.

Make sure you know which residence hall and room you are in. If you are unsure, please give us a call at (414) 277-7400.

Step 2: Check In!

Roy W. Johnson and Regents Hall residents: ground floor front desk of Johnson Hall, 1121 N. Milwaukee St.
Margaret Loock Hall residents: ground floor front desk of Loock Hall, 324 E. Juneau Ave.

Here you will pick up your room key and move-in packet. You may park in front of the building or in the parking lots indicated on the parking map.

Step 3: Unload!

Carts will be available for check-out at the front desk to assist with moving personal belongings. A form of ID will be needed to check out a cart. After you’re finished, return the cart to the front desk and move your vehicle to State street lots A, B, or C to keep the unloading area clear.

Enjoy the rest of your summer and we look forward to seeing you on campus soon!

We move about 400 new students into the residence halls during that time, so we appreciate your patience and cooperation. If you have any questions about move-in, housing or meal plans, please call us at (414) 277-7400 or email living@msoe.edu.
